Title: Midwest Meatloaf with Cheese Sauce

Yield: 4 Servings

1/2lbVelveeta cheese,cubed
1/4cMilk
2tsDry mustard
1lbGround beef
1/3cOld fashion oats,uncooked
1/4cKetchup
1/4cFinely chopped onions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Stir cheese,milk and mustard in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth.Reserve 3/4 cup cheese sauce.Mix remaining 1/4 cup cheese sauce and remaining ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.Shape into a 8 x 3" loaf in a 10 x 6" baking dish.Bake 40 minutes.Serve with reserved cheese sauce.Garnish as desired.
